We provide counselling and therapy for adolescents (aged 12+) and adults. We aim to help you understand yourself better, and arm you with the tools and strategies to live a life in line with your values and achieve your goals.

Therapies we use include:

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Fees

Fees for clients paying privately (including those claiming a Medicare or private health insurance rebate) are $205 per 50-minute session. For NDIS participants, the fees are $222.99 per 50-minute session.

Please note, these fees are well below the APS recommended rate of $311.
