Emily Teape
Psychologist

Emily is registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has worked with individuals, families, and care teams, supporting clients across the lifespan in private practice, educational, and community settings. Emily has experience completing assessments and funding applications/reviews, as well as providing counselling and intervention.​

 

Emily prides herself on building strong relationships and working collaboratively with her clients to provide a comprehensive service that is individualised and evidence-based. She adopts a person-centred approach to listen to and understand her clients' presenting concerns, needs, and goals, which facilitates the assessment and intervention process. She strives to help her clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered by exploring their abilities and challenges to uncover their strengths and areas of needs.

 

Emily finds joy supporting her clients to see their potential, navigate their challenges, and achieve their goals, leading them to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
