Assessments
We offer a range of assessments for children (aged 6+), adolescents, and adults. We seek to explore the social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioural abilities and challenges that make each and every one of us unique.
Types of Assessments
Cognitive
A cognitive assessment helps to understand an individual's various intellectual abilities, including thinking, reasoning, problem-solving, memory, spatial ability, and processing information.
Academic
An academic assessment helps to understand an individual's performance and progress across various academic areas, including oral language, reading, writing, and mathematics.
Educational
An educational assessment combines a cognitive and an academic assessment to provide a comprehensive understanding of an individual's unique learning profile and academic capacity. It also helps to identify a Specific Learning Disorder (SLD), including dyslexia and dyscalculia.
Cognitive Potential
A cognitive potential assessment includes a cognitive assessment and an assessment of adaptive functioning, and provides an understanding of an individual's innate abilities and capacities to think, learn, and process information. This assessment helps to identify Intellectual Disability and Giftedness.
ADHD
ADHD is characterised by differences in attention control, movement needs, and self-regulation. An ADHD assessment can help an individual to learn about and better understand their brain style and themselves as a whole.
Autism
Autism is characterised by differences in social interaction, communication, behaviours, interests, and sensory preferences. An autism assessment can help an individual to learn about and better understand their brain style and themselves as a whole.
